In October 2006, the Directorate-General of LCPC decided to put the entirety of the articles published in free access on Internet. During a limited period which will be completed by the publication of the first issue of year 2007, only the Net surfers who took out a paying subscription for year 2006 can consult the articles of issues published during 2006.
