I herewith confer upon the DAAD, the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW) and the Bernhard Nocht Institute of Tropical Medicine (BNITM) the right to process and forward to third parties my personal information, in line with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

Should I, at any point in time, realise that I will be unable to join the summer school, for instance due to serious health problems, force majeure or similar, I will immediately inform the organisers about these circumstances in writing. In case of cancellation or no-show due to reasons of my own negligence, I will personally be liable for the costs incurred.
